WELCOME TO BYRD PRODUCTIONS!

As a professional vocalist, I realized that Charleston needed a state-of-the-art studio for audio and video production whose foundation was based on an accoustic, live, warm velvet sound.  In 2006, Byrd Productions  opened after renovating an existing space for 2 years to employ a sound-proof and accoustically-tuned production space juxtaposed with the top-of-the-line Apple digital platform and Blue Bottle tubed microphones.  

      

It was my  premise to create a studio that contributed to the artistic culture of the Lowcountry, fostering excellence and philanthropy to budding new talent.  Over the years we have supported the Charleston County School of the Arts, the College of Charleston School of the Arts, the Charleston Jazz Orchrestra, the Charleston Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, the South Carolina Film Alliance and many other artistic organizations.

      

Most recently, we have expanded to provide mobile recording, both audio and video in order to record live concerts in local venues.  Also, we have expanded to provide audio and video commercials for use in any media.

      

We welcome you to come and check out our facilities and beautiful sound!  We want you to feel comfortable and free to create.  Byrd Productions does not discriminate in any manner and strives to provide excellence!
